4月23日，庆阳市残联党组书记、理事长宋弘，党组成员、副理事长田江峰，宣传教育科副科长范超一行莅临四川光子悦动商业管理有限责任公司（下称“光子悦动”）考察指导。光子悦动董事长康红伟先生携团队热情接待，双方围绕AI漫剧制作、算力支撑及产业合作等议题展开深入交流。
On April 23, a delegation led by Mr. Song Hong, Party Secretary and Director-General of Qingyang Disabled Persons’ Federation (QDPF), together with Mr. Tian Jiangfeng, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director-General of QDPF, and Mr. Fan Chao, Deputy Section Chief of Publicity and Education Section of QDPF, visited Sichuan PLM Business Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “PLM”) for inspection and guidance. Mr. Kang Hongwei, Chairman of PLM, hosted the delegation with his team. The two sides held in-depth discussions on AI Manhua production, computing power support, and industrial cooperation.

Chairman Kang Hongwei further shared the entrepreneurial journey and strategic blueprint of PLM in the AI Manhua sector, vividly demonstrating the company’s determination and prospects in deep cultivation of digital content creation.

Mr. Duan Chao, Vice President of PLM, further analyzed from a technical implementation perspective the specific computing power requirements for the company’s AI Manhua production and matched them with Qingyang’s advantages in computing and electricity resources. He expressed an optimistic outlook on future cooperation between the two sides in areas such as computing power leasing, joint R&D, and data center co-construction.

Deputy Director-General Tian Jiangfeng responded immediately that Qingyang would uphold its “three bests” commitment – the best service, the fastest speed, and the best policies – to fully support the settlement and development of enterprises.
