2026年4月10日，庆阳市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会副主任赵海瑞率考察团一行到访光子悦动，开展考察交流活动。电子科技大学天府协同创新中心副主任宋志刚作为特邀嘉宾出席会议。四川光子悦动商业管理有限公司（下称：光子悦动）董事长康红伟先生、总经理李玥娇女士热情接待了考察团，双方围绕产业融合、合作等议题进行了深入探讨，并达成多项合作共识。
On April 10, 2026, Zhao Hairui, Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Qingyang Municipal People's Government, led a delegation to Photon YueDong for an inspection and exchange visit. The delegation played an industrial promotional video of Qingyang City on site, vividly showcasing the city's outstanding achievements in areas such as the construction of the Computing Power Smart Valley, industrial development, and specialty agriculture.
光子悦动董事长康红伟先生深情回顾了自己与庆阳市的渊源，并结合光子悦动正在投资制作的电影《赵子龙云枪传》及AI漫剧项目，就如何依托庆阳算力智谷的产业基础，推动数字文创内容与技术深度融合，提出了建设性思路。
考察团成员耿庆鑫先生详细介绍了庆阳市算力智谷的发展现状、规划布局及政策支持；傅亚锋先生则从庆阳独特的气候与地理条件出发，阐述了当地农产品的品质优势，并诚挚邀请康红伟董事长赴庆阳实地考察。

随后，电子科技大学天府协同创新中心副主任宋志刚从产学研协同角度分析了光子悦动与庆阳市在人才培养、技术转化、平台共建等方面的合作潜力。他表示，电子科大的科研资源与庆阳的产业场景、光子悦动的市场能力可形成有效闭环，助力区域数字文创产业能级跃升。
Subsequently, Song Zhigang, Deputy Director of the Tianfu Collaborative Innovation Center of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), attended the meeting as a special guest. From the perspective of industry-university-research collaboration, he analyzed the potential for cooperation between PLM and Qingyang City in areas such as talent cultivation, technology transfer, and joint platform development. He noted that the research resources of UESTC, the industrial scenarios of Qingyang, and the market capabilities of PLM could form an effective closed loop, helping to elevate the regional digital cultural creativity industry to a higher level.
